Ms. Ryan is a Clinical Trials Specialist for the Division of Medications Development (DMD), National Institute on Alcohol Abuse and Alcoholism (NIAAA).  She is primarily responsible for the conduct and management of the NCIG and HLAB programs.  In addition to her responsibilities managing the NCIG and HLAB programs, she is a Project Officer, a Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR) and NIAAA’s Technology Development Coordinator. Ms. Ryan received a B.S. in Biology from Towson University and her M.B.A. from the University of Maryland University College.
