Victoria Rabii, B.S.

Biographical Summary

Victoria Rabii joined the Clinical NeuroImaging Research Core in October 2020 after completing her Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Biology at Virginia Commonwealth University. Her undergraduate research ranged from the fields of developmental and social psychology to microbiology and biochemistry. The main project she assisted with focused on the use of functional Near-Infrared Spectroscopy (fNIRS) to investigate the neural underpinnings of interpersonal emotion regulation. She is interested in exploring the neural correlates of adverse childhood experiences and psychopathology in the context of alcohol use disorders. After completing her fellowship at the NIH, she plans to pursue a doctorate in Cognitive Neuroscience.
